Luisa is a member of Our Lady of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and Catholic Daughters of America. She volunteers with the Texas Citrus Fiesta and Mission Historical Museum. Luisa resides in Mission with her husband Rolando, and has three daughters, Angie, Jennifer and Jessica.
